    Our proprietary agents, Sage on the sell side and Sterling on the buy side, conduct structured conversations with business owners and acquirers. They capture criteria, preferences, and deal-breakers that traditional processes miss entirely.

    Two primary roles. Each one critical to the next phase of growth.

    £160k-£485k+ OTE

    Senior M&A Adviser

    Own the entire deal lifecycle from signed engagement to closed transaction. You are the engine of our client-facing operations and the primary driver of revenue. This is a leadership role, not a support function.

    What You'll Do

    • Run sell-side mandates for UK and US SMEs (£500k to £20M)
    • Manage client onboarding, CIM preparation, and data rooms
    • Facilitate buyer-seller introductions and structured negotiations
    • Drive deals to close and collect success fees

    Compensation

    Base Salary£80-85k
    Commission£80k-£400k (uncapped)
    Equity0.7-0.9%
    Vesting3-year vest, 3-month cliff

    What We're Looking For

    • 2-8 years structured M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
    • Experience at boutique investment banks, corporate finance houses, or Big 4 transaction services preferred
    • C-suite relationship management and negotiation skills
    • London or US-based, comfortable with proprietary advisory tools

    COO and Dealmaker

    Lead operations and deal execution. Clear the path for the advisory team by building systems, managing campaigns, and ensuring every transaction runs smoothly. A pathway to equity partnership.

    What You'll Do

    • Own outbound campaigns, data enrichment, and deal pipeline management
    • Build operational playbooks and quality assurance processes
    • Manage client communications and internal reporting
    • Drive the DealFlowAgent brand through thought leadership

    Compensation

    Base Salary£80-85k
    Profit Share£40-100k target (annual)
    Equity0.9-1.1%
    Vesting3-year vest, 3-month cliff

    • Operational leadership in financial services, advisory, or professional services
    • Experience at boutique advisory firms, consultancies, or corporate finance preferred
